There is not really a lot of training that we in our industry have access to in college. Ours is more a trade industry. It’s all hands-on training. Now is the time for me to take all the information in my brain that I have accumulated over the last thirty years and write it all down.

I love to take a subject and put in writing how to do something. I take all the information and put it in order of how the process needs to be done. Then I go back and include screen prints, web links or hyperlinks, etc. to allow quick access to the information.

I love standing up in front of the room and sharing all this knowledge with everyone. I love the questions that come up. Sometimes my audience gives me things to think about and look into.
